How does the AI food scanner work?
Simply snap a photo of your meal, and NutraScan's AI model analyzes the image to identify individual food items and estimate portion sizes. It then cross-references a nutrition database to instantly calculate calories, macronutrients, and key micronutrients — no manual logging required.
How accurate is the nutritional analysis?
NutraScan's estimates are generally very close for common, clearly visible foods, but results can vary based on photo angle, lighting, and portion size estimation. We recommend using the in-app editor to fine-tune ingredients or quantities for maximum precision, especially for mixed dishes or homemade meals.
What is included in the Premium subscription?

NutraScan Premium unlocks the full experience, including:

How do I restore or manage my subscription?
Your NutraScan Premium subscription is securely processed via Stripe. To manage, upgrade, or cancel your plan, go to Profile → Manage Subscription inside the app, which opens your secure Stripe customer portal. From there you can update payment methods, view invoices, or cancel anytime. If you don't see your Premium status reflected after a purchase, tap "Restore Purchase" on the same screen or reach out via the contact form below.
How does cloud sync work? Is my data secure?
All your scans, chat history, and progress charts are automatically encrypted and synced to your secure account, so you can seamlessly switch between devices without losing data. We use industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest, and we never sell your personal health data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
